A keen performer from an early age, I decided to pursue a career in the Creative Industries and took up a one-year course in Theatre Arts after leaving school. The course helped to develop my performance and communication skills and provided a practical working knowledge of theatrical disciplines.
A few years later and I was graduating from Perth College (UHI) with a BA in Music, having worked with some fantastic musicians and gained an insight into the Music Industry form the lecturing staff (made up of Session Musicians, Managers and Studio owners) Brian Young, Duncan Findlay, Steve DuCane.

On moving to Edinburgh in 2001, I signed up with Savage Recordings (UK) and later Dejine:Rec (Japan) to release original material with my solo project Sacre Noir and collaborate with artists in the UK and beyond.
I'm lucky to be able to perform around Europe with my own music, whilst still teaching.
